Context: The client faced difficulties in the administration and communication of its Administration area when interacting efficiently with its suppliers. Novatium analyzed the process flow and proposed implementing an AI Governance solution to manage and bridge that communication gap.

Solution: Novatium designed and implemented an omnichannel solution for the client's interaction with suppliers through the web, Teams, Telegram, SharePoint and more, enabling comprehensive management of the inquiries received.

Context: The client was immersed in different scenarios driven by the prevailing politics and economy, which dictated the rules for how to proceed with the medical providers they worked with. It struggled with the many inquiries received from its employees nationwide as a result of that volatility in the national context.

Solution: Novatium designed and implemented a channel to free the Human Resources area from answering questions related to internal policies and procedure manuals, as well as the medical providers' manuals with regulations that changed according to the economic context. It met the needs of employees across the whole of Argentina.

Context: The client struggled with the internal and external management of tenders and awards due to the interaction required to finalize each contract.

Solution: Together with a CLM-specialist partner, Novatium implemented an intelligent solution that comprehensively manages all documents for the Legal and Supply Chain areas. The new CLM reduced communication and contract-drafting times according to internal policies, decreased errors and made it easier to flag alarms when a clause breached the organization's policies.
